Payroll Bureau
At Sowerby FRS we appreciate the pressures faced by business owners in what is a competitive and ever more complex environment. The employment of staff can be one of the most difficult and time consuming elements of running a business and we can offer a payroll bureau service to take some of this pressure off of you leaving you more time to concentrate on your core activities.
Services Offered
Our payroll bureau service can operate on a weekly, monthly, or four weekly basis depending on your individual needs.
The service we offer is bespoke to each client and can include any, or indeed all of the following:
- Input all payroll data, amendments and tax code changes onto the payroll system including the calculation of any back pay and adjustments
- Process Attachment of Earnings Orders i.e. CSA, Council Tax deductions
- Check information for accuracy and verify accordingly
- Print payslips and reports for your information including journals for accounting postings. Security payslips can be processed if required.
- Process BACS transfer payments
- Process payroll information in accordance with the new Real Time Information rules
- When applicable deal with the forthcoming pensions auto-enrolment regime
In addition to the above general on going services Sowerby FRS will also deal with the following on your behalf.
- Liaise with HMRC regarding any payroll queries
- Process year end data and submit to HMRC
- Prepare P45’s, P60’s
- Complete forms relating to payroll enquiries
Security and confidentiality
Security and confidentiality are obviously paramount when dealing with payroll issues. By moving your payroll function “off-site” both of these areas of concern can be significantly mitigated. Our experienced payroll staff will be provided by yourselves with a list of authorised contacts with whom they can communicate on payroll issues and this list will be strictly adhered to.
